Express Perspective

• Express pull-down menu on the main Eclipse menu bar (see Figure 2):
• New Express Project - create new Express project;
• New Express File - create new Express file with .exp extension;
• Compile Express - compile the Express files in a project;
• Validate against Express - validate instances in a STEP (.p21) file;
• Compile Express File - compile only the selected Express file (available only when Express file is selected).
• Specific buttons on the Eclipse tool bar:
• - create new Express project;
• - create new Express file with .exp extension;
• - compile the Express files in a project;
• - validate instances in a STEP (.p21) file;
  
• - compile the current Express file to check for errors only. Note: this button is presented separately. It is enabled only after an Express file is opened in the Editor and the panel  is activated.
  
• EXPRESS Editor - provides possibility to write and edit Express-schemas (.exg files), highlights errors after compiling.
  
• Navigator panel - the list of files, presented in the selected workspace.
• Console panel - the application log details and errors, which occur while compiling Express files.
